  • 1-POUND LOAF (8 slices)
  • 3/4 cup water (70° to 80° F)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 4 teaspoons nonfat dry milk
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
  • 1-1/2-POUND LOAF (12 slices)
  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water (70° to 80° F)
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast

Directions


Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. 

Select basic/white bread cycle;  medium/normal crust color setting. Remove bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
