Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 (2-1/4 tsp.) envelope Fleischmann's® RapidRise Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs

Directions

Combine 1 cup flour, sugar, undissolved yeast, and salt in a large mixer bowl. Heat water and butter until very warm (120° to 130°F). Gradually add to flour mixture. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally. Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes at high speed. Stir in remaining 1-1/2 cups flour to make a stiff batter. Turn into greased 1-1/2 quart casserole. Cover; let rise in warm, draft free place until double in size, about 40 minutes.

Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Remove from casserole; cool on wire rack.
