INGREDIENTS 1-POUND LOAF 1-1/2-POUND LOAF
Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer.
Buttermilk 2/3 cup 1 cup
Water (70o to 80o F) 3 tablespoons 1/4 cup
Butter OR margarine, cut up 2 tablespoons 3 tablespoons
Salt 1/2 teaspoon 3/4 teaspoon
Whole wheat flour 1-3/4 cups 2-1/2 cups
Bread flour 3/4 cup 1 cup
Sugar 1 tablespoon 2 tablespoons
Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon
Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast 1 teaspoon 1-1/2 teaspoons
Select basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal crust color setting. Do not use delayed-bake feature.
When cycle is complete, remove bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
