Herb N' Crunch Wheat Loaf

This recipe has earned the goodfibes™ seal indicating it is a good source of fiber. Makes 1-1/2-pound loaf
1-1/3 cups water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1-1/4 teaspoons salt
1/3 cup unprocessed wheat bran
1-1/2 cups bread flour
1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons instant dry milk powder
1-1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
1-1/2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
3 tablespoons sugar
1-3/4 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast

Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer, adding sunflower seeds with flours.

Select basic/white cycle; light or medium/normal color setting.
