Potato Dinner Rolls


Potato Dinner Rolls Recipe | Rolls and Buns | Makes 12 rolls

Makes 12 rolls
1 / 2 cup milk
1 / 4 cup potato water
1 / 2 cup boiled and mashed potato
1 / 4 cup butter or margarine
1 egg, large
1-1 / 2 teaspoons salt
3 cups bread flour
1 / 4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
Egg Glaze (recipe follows)


Directions
Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. Select dough/manual cycle.

When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine to a lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 12 equal portions; form into smooth balls. Arrange balls in greased 9-inch round pan. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 1 hour. Brush with Egg Glaze.
Bake at 375oF for 30 minutes or until done. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.

Egg Glaze: In a small bowl, combine 1 egg and 1 tablespoon water. Stir to blend.
