100% Whole Wheat Bread Recipe # 443

This recipe has earned the goodfibes™ seal indicating it is a good source of fiber. Makes one 2-pound loaf.
1-1/2 cups water
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter OR margarine
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
4 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
1 tablespoon wheat gluten
2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast

Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic/white bread or whole wheat bread cycle; medium/normal color setting.
