1 (1-1/2 pound) loaf
This recipe has earned the goodfibes™ seal indicating it is a good source of fiber. Make any ordinary sandwich special with this bread which features a tender, soft and chewy crumb, and a perfect crust.
1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup water 3 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons butter OR margarine 1 large egg 1 teaspoon salt 1-1/2 cups bread flour 1 cup whole wheat flour 2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
Directions
Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal color setting.
When cycle is complete, remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
