State Fair Cracked Wheat Bread Recipe # 227

This recipe has earned the goodfibes™ seal indicating it is a good source of fiber. Makes One (2-pound) Loaf
1-1/3 cups water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cracked wheat
2-3/4 cups bread flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast

Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. (If dough is too dry/stiff or too soft/slack, adjust dough consistency).

Recommended Cycle: Basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal color setting.
